Assess

We start with an inventory of the main business risks and the role of human behaviour in them. Along with all available data on your employees' behaviour, we document this in a baseline measurement.

Educate

Based on this cyber protection assessment, we collaboratively develop a customized security awareness plan. This plan includes relevant interventions and a communication plan for each target group. Stakeholders are actively involved and receive feedback based on relevant risks.

Bright® makes behavioural risks visible through data, allowing us to make timely and targeted adjustments. Unacceptable residual risks are adequately addressed with targeted behavioural changing campaigns.

E-learning and Phishing Simulations

E-learning Simulations

One of the most used cybersecurity simulations is e-learning. Combined with other interventions, e-learning offers an effective way to present the right knowledge and awareness to people. There is an option to download content and offer it via your own learning management system (LMS). Various types of content are available, such as training modules, games, videos, quizzes, surveys, and even ‘Netflix-like’ series. We offer these cybersecurity trainings at three levels: General, Functional, and Expert.

Our 1,500+ training modules are available in 35+ languages in addition to 'original Dutch'. The modules focus on raising the average employee's awareness of the basic principles of information security.

Phishing Simulations

To test your employees' susceptibility to phishing attacks, we use phishing simulations. In such a cybersecurity simulation, we mimic a realistic attack by sending employees a phishing email. The aim is not to deceive people but to educate them what the indicators of a real attack are. By tailoring the phishing emails to the employee's level and then gradually increasing the challenge, they quickly learn to recognise them. Gamification plays an important role in this, challenging people not only to recognise the emails but also to report them.

In addition to a database of many thousands of standard templates found in everyday life, it is also possible to simulate specific scenarios through spear-phishing. We design and implement phishing emails completely tailored to your needs.
