Instead of being seen as the weakest link, employees should be seen as an important defense against cyber attacks.

For a solid defense, it is important to build a strong security culture. And to do that, understanding and measuring the different components of that security culture is fundamental.

In this research paper by CLTRe, the 7 dimensions of security culture are outlined and a pragmatic approach is discussed.

The described approach is supported by the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA).
